Privacy Policy

1. The short version

The files you drop into a tool are processed in your browser. Nothing from a file reaches our servers until you press "Save run" — and then only the results you saw on screen. We store the minimum needed to run your workspace, we do not sell data, and you can ask us to export or delete everything.

2. What we store

• Account: your email address and sign-in identity (Google OAuth or email magic link). We never see or store passwords.
• Workspace: organization name, member and invited-member email addresses, roles, contracted tools, subscription dates, and per-tool company settings you save.
• Saved runs: the results you explicitly save — labels, summary figures and result rows. Deleting a run in the app deletes it from our database.
• VoicePilot (only if contracted): call summaries and transcripts delivered by the voice platform for your own phone line.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell or rent your data, ever.
• We do not use your business data to train models.
• We do not read your saved runs except to support you at your request.
• No advertising trackers in the app.

4. Drafting assistance

Some tools can polish a draft (for example a payment reminder or an email reply) using a large-language-model provider (Google Gemini). This happens only when you press the button that asks for it, sends only the relevant excerpt, and the numbers in your reports are never computed by the language model — they come from deterministic calculation on your file.

5. Where data lives (sub-processors)

Hosting on Vercel; database and authentication on Supabase; Google for sign-in; Google Gemini for the optional drafting features above; Vapi for VoicePilot voice infrastructure (only when contracted). Each processes data only to provide their part of the Service.

6. Retention, export, deletion

Your data stays while your workspace exists — including through a lapsed subscription, so nothing is lost between contracts. Every saved-run list has one-click CSV export. Message us to export or permanently delete your whole workspace; deletion is completed within 30 days.
